What we collect
When you use the contact form or book a call we collect your name, contact details, business details and anything you choose to tell us. When you become a client we also hold the financial records and identity documents we need to act for you.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, to provide accountancy and tax services under our engagement letter, to meet our legal obligations (including anti-money-laundering checks) and, where you agree, to send deadline reminders.
Who we share it with
HMRC, Companies House and pension providers when we file on your behalf; our accounting software and IT providers under written contracts; and nobody else unless the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for six years after the end of our engagement, as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the data protection regulator.
